This website is owned and operated by Dr. Rabia Ishaq (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" and "our"). Our registered office and principal place of business is located at 9-C, Commercial Market, Phase 1 Nasheman-e-Iqbal Housing Society, Lahore, Pakistan.
We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or booking a consultation through us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, patients, and contributors of content.
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Each time you place a booking on our website you will be agreeing to the latest version of our Terms and Conditions.
3. Services
Dr. Rabia Ishaq provides gynecological, obstetric, and fertility consultation services both virtually (via Google Meet) and in-person at clinic locations in Lahore, Pakistan. Online bookings and payments are processed through our website for virtual consultations only.
4. Terms of Usage
You are prohibited from using this website or its content for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to harass or harm others, or to violate any applicable laws of Pakistan.
5. Shipping Policy
Dr. Rabia Ishaq provides medical consultation services only. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. Virtual consultations are conducted via Google Meet and the meeting link is delivered to your registered email address immediately after payment confirmation. There are no shipping charges.
6. Cancellation Policy
Patients may cancel their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

7. Refund Policy
Eligible refunds: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
Refund timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
No-shows: Patients who do not attend their scheduled virtual consultation without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
Doctor unavailability: In the rare event that Dr. Rabia Ishaq is unable to attend a scheduled consultation, patients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

8. Complaints Handling
